TOS
General1. I may decline your commission if I do not feel it's within my skill set, or a design I am uncomfortable with.
2. Do not paint over my final design, but you may repair the paint job as needed.
3. Feel free to resell your commission, but do not sell it for more than what you bought it for.
4. Using my art to train AI will get you permanently blacklisted and publicly called out.
5. Please credit me when sharing your commission online.Payment1. I take 100% of the final payment up front.
2. I do not take refunds once the commission has been started.
3. If an item arrives damaged, I will give a partial refund depending on the intensity of the damage. I do not offer full refunds.
4. I only take commissions through ko-fi.Revisions1. As the commission progresses, I will get your approval at each step. Once a step has been approved, I will not be going backwards in the process unless I make a mistake.Deadlines1. I do not do deadlines. I start my commissions in the order I receive them.
2. I expect to take anywhere from two weeks to one month, but I will not ghost you. if something comes up that will delay your commission, I will contact you immediately.Use1. If you intend on using the final design for branding purposes (channel mascot, merch designs, etc.), please select the mascot rights add on.Intellectual Property Rights1. I own all rights to my artwork. (I can use the finished pieces for posting, promotion, portfolio, etc.)Communication1. I will respond to your messages as soon as I can ! if something will cause me to be offline for several days, I will warn you ahead of time as to not worry you.
